Appointments
- Miricos Aesthetics Clinic (MAC) operates primarily on an appointment-based system. Please let us know what treatment you would like to do so that we can allocate sufficient time for the treatment. For new clients, please be advised that you should arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
- $50-$100 deposits are required for all treatments over 30mins. For cancellation, rescheduling, or no shows of appointments within 48 hours, the deposit will be lost, or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited.
- If you are late for your appointment more than 10 minutes, MAC reserve the rights to reduce the treatment time or cancel your appointment, and you may be charged $50.
- If you were not sure what treatment you would like to do, please book in for a consultation only. If you are not suitable for the treatment you booked for your own reasons, booking deposit is not refundable.
- All injectable products must be use in one session; we do not keep any remaining product.
Change / Cancellation
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 2 business day notice. Failing to do that, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee or the booking deposit will be lost or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited.
- If your appointment is made within 2 business day and cancelled, our cancellation policy still applies.
- If you are late for your appointment, we need to prioritize arrive-on-time appointments on the day; if you are late for your appointment more than 10 minutes, $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee will be charged, the booking deposit will be lost, or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited.
Refunds / Transfer
- All treatments and package need to be paid in full during the first visit. All pre-paid packages must be completed within 12 months after the purchase. If you are unable to complete the treatment package, the remaining treatment(s) will be forfeited. If you request to transfer the treatment package to another nominated person, we will need to charge $50 consultation for the nominated person. The remaining package still need to be completed withing the same expiry date.
- $30 administration fee will be applied to the remaining credits of the pre-paid packages if you simply change your mind. Calculation of the remaining credits = Paid package price – price per regular session - $30 admin fee
- Transfer credits between skin treatments and injectable treatments are not allowed.
- Due to hygienic reasons, all cosmeceutical skincare products will not be exchanged or refunded once it has been sold.
- MAC practitioners do not accept all clients for treatment. Some clients are unsuitable for the procedures performed at MAC. We reserve the right to decline or cancel further management of any clients.
- We offer no guarantee that any treatment will benefit that client. We are unable to guarantee results of any treatment which has been performed by our practitioners.
- As a client of MAC, it is your individual responsibility to provide and update your personal medical history and medication. If our practitioner is unable to perform the treatment due to your medical condition or medications when you arrive for your appointment, a $50 consultation fee will be applicable.
- In the unlikely event of an emergency, the client is responsible for all costs relating to the transfer and care.
- If you request to dissolve any dermal fillers performed at MAC, a minimum of 4 weeks after the procedure is required and a dissolving cost will incur (except in the cosmetic emergencies).
- Our practitioners will do our best to improve your asymmetry. As all humans are asymmetrical, all corrections post treatment are at the cost of the client. MAC does not offer any complimentary treatments in the case of asymmetry.
- Racism, threats, harassment, and cyber bullying will not be tolerated by our clinic. We reserve the right to cease the clinic/client relationship immediately.
